Dynamic DWS Line Laser Volume Measurement +3 Sorting System is a highly automated logistics equipment that accurately measures the volume of parcels using line laser technology, combines with dynamic weighing and barcode scanning functions to obtain comprehensive information about parcels in real time, and performs intelligent sorting based on this data, significantly improving logistics efficiency.

Working Principle
1. Line laser measurement: The system uses a line laser to project and irradiate light onto the moving package, and detects the contour formed by the laser line on the surface of the package by a high-speed camera, thus obtaining the dimensional information of the package such as length, width and height.
2. Dynamic weighing: When the parcel passes through the measuring area, the system will weigh the parcel in real time to get the weight information of the parcel.
3. Barcode scanning: The system will scan the barcode on the parcel at the same time to get the unique identification of the parcel.
4. Data processing and sorting: The system will process the acquired volume, weight and barcode data and sort the parcels into different conveyor lines or designated locations according to the preset rules or customized requirements of customers.
