With an impressive single supply station efficiency of approximately 1300-1500 pieces per hour, it also supports manual package loading (top scan) for direct trolley placement, enhancing flexibility.
Sorting trolley: Ingeniously designed with a trolley and track system to ensure seamless movement and accurate sorting.
Parcel off-loading system: Equipped with a 750mm port, advanced port electrical systems, comprehensive port photoelectric detection, and versatile bag collection/cage carriage options for efficient off-loading.
Control system: Features a dedicated configuration server for image and data handling, sorting, and local caching. Utilizes Siemens PLC for sophisticated server data interactions, sorting control, equipment monitoring, fault diagnostics, maintenance alerts, and more. Machine WorkflowIn a refined process, parcels are manually placed and scanned, with barcode information swiftly transmitted to the headquarters server. Upon receiving feedback, parcels enter the sorting trolley via the supply platform, which navigates the track to the designated port. The trolley belt precisely maneuvers left and right, expertly depositing parcels into their designated collection ports.
Examining the workflow for warehouse transfers, parcels are seamlessly directed to the DWS equipment through transfer machines or manual placement. The DWS system intelligently captures parcel volume, weight, and face information, pre-calculates sorting grids, and, upon arrival at the designated location, signals the sorting equipment to transport parcels to the correct grid. Finally, parcels are loaded onto vehicles for prompt delivery to their final destination.
