With the code reading module and the dimension measurement camera as the core, the static weighing module is matched to collect information quickly and accurately. It can be used in large-scale warehousing and distribution centers, and can also be used separately in retail distribution, express delivery and other scenarios.

The information collection system consists of a set of 3D dimension camera and a set of code camera, which will automatically collect the info from the parcel which is placed on the scale; this info includes weight and bar code data, which will be processed and stored by the industrial computer. This static DWS Machine concentrats the dimension measurement, weight, and code into one machine, and all the obtained data will be stored; in this way, this machine greatly improves the processing speed of small packages, and also keeps the tracing of packages and information. In summary, it improves the automation and sorting efficiency of logistics links.
A parcel is placed onto the scale by human arm or robot arm; data is collected; the parcel is removd.
